New property with relatively good complimentary breakfast. Equipped with a small gym and a heated pool. Rooms are quiet compared to other hotels. Staff was very friendly with only one exception (unfriendly person at the front desk on Christmas day) What we did not like that the booking of our second (also prepaid) room was not found on the system first and we have been told we should contact our booking agent. After several minutes the booking showed up in the system. But still our two rooms were not close to each other. I would expect to get two adjacent rooms since we booked these several months before our stay comprising 9 nights. Or at least an offer to change rooms during our stay.
