Expedia Westin : NEVER AGAIN!
I booked 3 nights, but after arrival it turned out I need to stay only two nights in Zagreb.
Went to reception and they refused to change the reservation. Contacted Expedia and that was not successful either!
On the end, I paid 3 nights despite I was only 2 nights in the hotel. Request for refund went nowhere.
As business traveler, I was often in situation to shorten or extend say and that was never a problem!
Bottom line: I WILL CLOSE MY EXPEDIA ACCOUNT (and use one many other booking sites) and not goto to Westin hotels anymore (again, zillion of other hotels around).
