Comfort Inn & Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor

When we first arrived only one person was checking people in. The entire lobby was full so I took like 45 mins to get checked in and I came after 3 pm. We got to our room and the room was still being cleaned, had no sheets or anything on the bed. I finally got another room and it was okay, it was clean but the couch was ripped on the side. The tv wasn’t working and he told us to unplug and plug back in. He said if it doesn’t work it was out of his control, which was a turn off because I paid for the room and taxes I expect what I pay for and had picked the hotel because of pictures on the site. It was just very unprofessional

The room was clean and we enjoyed our view.... But not having any heat ruined the mood..... We had to turn the hot shower on and let the room steam up to get warm.

Great stay

They had no services available at all ice machine didn’t work had to walk to Subway across the street for ice..also had to park in public parking garage and they didn’t offer to validate the parking ended paying about 25$ for the parking. Was disappointed to say the least.

I almost feel bad leaving a 3 star review for this place. We used points to book so the room was very discounted. We had a late check in and staff was great! I believe we even got our room upgrades, which was a lovely surprise. However, the two TVs in the room did not work, which was a minor inconvenience. There are hot a lot of electrical outlets to charge, which was also just a minor inconvenience. We lost water around 6 am in the entire room (no toilet, sink or shower). I was unable to reach someone at the front desk and no one was there to tell when we checked out. We survived, but that was extremely annoying. Additionally, there is no on site parking except for valet so we ended up paying more to park than the room cost.

Disgusting service only positive is LOCATION! !!!!

The walls was peeling, the TVs were broken and would switch off and on, the view sucked, I could say the only good thing about this was maybe that the bed was a decent bed.

Convenient location, clean, comfortable. This was our second time staying here; we’d definitely stay here again.

i liked that it was close to the inner harbor. i didnt like how outdated the bathroom was. the doors to the bedroom and bathroom couldn't close as if it didnt fit the frame. the tub floor moved under our feet.

Circled the hotel for 45 minutes trying to find a place to park. There were a bunch people hanging out (loitering) on the front stairs of the hotel. I did not feel safe parking blocks away and walking with children so I called to cancel the reservation. Not happy with the experience
