Worst hotel EVER
Where do I even start?
This was by far the worst hotel we've ever stayed in.
1. The room is extremely dirty, dust everywhere, stained sheets, blankets, and pillows
2. Homeless people living right outside the hotel
3. Cockroaches crawling around in the room
4. The breakfast is seriously bad and you get dirty/used plastic cutlery
5. You can hear everything and all neighbors like they’re inside the hotel room
6. Neighbors smoking weed next door, the staff doesn't care
7. Shuttle to/from places can sometimes take a long time and you can't reach anyone over the phone
8. The whole hotel smells weird
9. The chairs in the breakfast area look like someone died in them
10. Warning labels about carcinogenic materials in the hotel rooms
11. Pictures are misleading
12. We asked for a crib before checking in, but wasn't there when we arrived
13. Dirty windows and the window in our third room was cracked
14. Don't go out at night, dangerous-looking industrial area and there’s nothing around
15. Internet is ok
This hotel doesn't even deserve one star. The staff only offers a new room (but they're pretty much all the same and for the record, we switched two times during our 2 nights here!). We’re so happy to fly back home after this stay.
