This property is in a very convenient location, can walk to grocery stores, the mall (although it is closed due to Covid-19) etc...
There are a few maintenance items such as leaking pipe due to loose connection and burnt out lights, but the Kasa Team is very responsive and has arranged repairs within a few days.
I am pleased with my stay here.

well located, convenient access, and spacious
This appartment is well located and spacious. We got a hiccup during check-in as the provided code didn't work but calling them resolved the issue immediately.
The only thing is this appartement is not very well soundproofed and you can hear street circulation. Also there is a building in construction right next to it and they start really early.

A Suitable Apartment
This apartment was clean and suited our needs for recuperating after 5 days of traveling and camping. The previous reviewer who stated that the place had no screens on the windows still hold true and the initial parking spot given to us was VERY tight. Thankfully, another person who was using another of Kasa’s apartments wanted to switch spots with us, and so we were able to park at a more spacious spot. We did not have problems with tiny gnats/flies/bugs like the other reviewer stated even with the windows and balcony doors open. The lack of A/C would be uncomfortable during the summer if you are staying inside all day (we did not). However, the nice breeze in the evening cooled the apartment down immediately after we returned. The apartment also has a gas fireplace that had its flame on more than a normal pilot light. It was enough to make the glass cover hot to the touch. There was no way to turn it down and no way for anyone to come and take care of it. Our view was of the Hilton Gardens directly across the street, and our windows faced a major street. All in all, we appreciated the comfortable beds, the washer and dryer, and the use of a basic kitchen. Checking in and checking out was fairly simple apart from receiving the instructions the morning of our reservation. Hotels.com does not give Kasa your email information, so before getting to your destination, you should use the phone number they give you and call ahead with your email address.

The microwave didn't work. There was also a visit from a serviceman, who I didn't let into the apartment. Otherwise, everything was good.

The property was in a great location, but frustrating. Communication between Expedia and Kasa to get checked in was a bit broken. Kasa didn’t have the information needed to get me the codes or even check me in. Luckily I had read previous reviews. Parking was terrible. 1 fan for a 2bed/bath. Wrong number of beds for unit I rented. Had to pay for 2 nights to park at a different location because they had to figure out where I could park the full sized SUV I rented for the week. There was not even an offer to reimburse me for my trouble. Price was good, but the hassle was not.

I would think twice about a summer stay here
The apartment was very big, had a nice location - you can easily walk to a park, several good restaurants and a mall. What was disappointing was that there was no A/C, which we knew about beforehand BUT there are no screens on any of the windows or the sliding patio door. This meant that if you had the doors and windows closed you couldn't breathe because it was so hot and muggy. If you opened the windows and door then dozens and dozens of small little flies would come in. We had no idea where they came from but we spent hours trying to kill them. I sent a message to the management and they told us that there was one fan to use and they said that they would order another one, which did not do us any good. So we had to be out of the apartment during the day, every day during our stay. At night we had to keep the door and windows closed because the flies came in at night as well. There is also construction going on right nextdoor Monday - Friday and they start at 6:30 a.m. so that is another reason that you really cannot be in the apartment during the day. The 3rd complaint would be the parking spot. It is extremely small and wedged right up against a cement wall. The 1st night we got in we had to repark the car 6 times because you cannot get out through the driver door you have to climb over the console and go out through the hatchback. It is that small, and we had a small SUV.

Worst Experience from Hotels.com in 10 years.
A ridiculous place to stay. We arrived to zero signage or instruction. The building is an apartment complex that rents through a service. I had to call Hotels.com to get the local number and when someone finally answered, I was told that I should have received an email with check in instructions. No such email had arrived and I explained this. The customer service rep for Kasa then looks and say, "oh, we don't have your email but you should have received a text". I informed her that I received no text either to which she responds, "oh, we don't have your phone number either"... Really? I give her my email and she says you'll get an email immediately. The email arrives and it's linked to someone else and someone else's email address. Another call is made. Hold on I'll resend the mail. Ok, so email comes and it's a dog and pony show. Send a selfie, send a photo of your driver's license. Answer a dozen questions and send it back. Finally, I receive that email with instructions and codes to enter the building and the apartment. Guess what, the code for the apartment doesn't work. Another phone call. Ok, so now a new code and it works. So you have to park in a restricted spot, go upstairs to the the garage door opener. Come back down and move your car. This check in ordeal was ridiculous. I received a text at 6am, yes woke me at 6 to inform me to check out at 11am. Who does this? Terrible place. And the TV is not hooked up to anything so it was useless.
