No Breakfast..Pool not open..1 Towel.. Room not clean..We had 4 rooms all together.1 room did not lock. Disappointed.

Little pricey for the condition of place !

Checking in was smooth. The room is clean. Guests next door checked in after 10:30 PM. Since the two rooms are adjacent and non sound proof, strong cigarette smoke came through the connecting locked door. I believe the senior gentleman of the couple is a heavy smoker on top of talking loud. Once again, he started smoking 7 in the morning, probably out of habit. Rooms in the hotel are designated non-smoking, and I hope future guests can honor the rules to keep the facility clean and respect other guests.

The location of the room was great and location of the hotel was very appealing. Sad that pool was closed. The room though itself needed more attention. It wasn't very clean and sheets hadn't been changed.

This place is extremely dirty.

Room was dirty, bathroom had mold in bathtub and ceiling, swimming pool closed because filter broken, no breakfast because of pandemic. When we arrived had people sleeping in the waiting room on the furniture. Not impressed

Front desk employee could not locate reservation initially. No big deal. Then she gave us the wrong room type and said that’s what the reservation said. I showed her I did request 2 queens and a sofa. The only room that fit our request had a broken card reader so she had to open the door for us and we had no key. The employee did not wear a mask and got on the elevator with us. The entire hotel is old with ragged carpet. Room had dirty walls and bathroom was gross. The toilet handle did not work. There was a smell on the third floor.

Coming home from a business trip and decided to get a room here. Had decent ratings, decent pics. Arrived at 11:45pm and walked in. Reception person was a little off on her communication. Went to the elevator to go to my room and reminded me a lot of a section 8 apartment building. Nasty smell, dirty, and needs a lot of construction help. Advertised a pool which is closed. And advertised a breakfast that wasn’t there. Bed and pillows are comfortable. I give it that. Bathroom is scuzzy. Drapes are falling down, water damaged ceiling and pots of painted up drywall patching like a nasty rental. Scuzzy enough I left my socks, shorts and shirt on.

There were three people at the welcome desk when we checked in Thursday evening, July 30. None of the employees were wearing masks nor were they welcoming to my family. The website as well as the employees failed to tell us the pool was closed, and there was no breakfast. Other than that, the hotel served it’s purpose. The beds were comfortable. If the staff had been more welcoming and informative, the experience would have been better. A friendly greeting can go a long way.
