SureStay Hotel by Best Western New Buffalo

I assume the hotel is undergoing renovation, I hope they are not done. Carpets and some furniture are worn. Room was quiet and clean. Not much "atmosphere" but serviceable for an overnight stay

Loved this hotel. Clean room, Great staff, decent breakfast and close to two casinos. Their girl, Rebecca, took wonderful care of us. There were six in our group and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was newly renovated and very nice. Comfortable rooms. The breakfast was ok. Standard, nothing to write home about. I would stay here again.

Very overpriced just another reason I don’t like to book without seeing.

Surprisingly great for a Days Inn. I'm pretty picky when it comes to hotels but since we were only staying 1 night I figured it'd be good enough. I was shocked at how nice it was. It was literally around the corner from the Four Winds Casino and a free shuttle service is available to & from the casino. We didn't take it but it's nice to know. Staff was great and breakfast area was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows but I'll bring my own next time. Overall, great stay. Would recommend!

The place looks abandoned from the outside. It looks tired and spooky. Even the driveway is potholes and looks like it’s been abandoned. The room was ok. The room keys didn’t work on any outside doors. The breakfast was too many carbs. (Like all carbs). Not enough diversity. The pop machine didn’t work.

Overall good hotel. Not too many amenities. Staff was great.

Front desk staff were so nice. Room was very clean, smelled that way too! Safe and quite location. Only thing was that hotel.com stated that this hotel had a pool. The pool was actually under construction. Besides all that, I would return!

It's a creepy place. I notified HOTELS.com on day one that these facilities are misrepresented on the web-site. Don't be fooled. There is no pool, neither indoor nor outdoor. I appears that the remains of an outdoor pool is filled with sand. I did not see any "business center" either. HOTELS.com failed to correct the listing as of today. The cost was the same as the other 2 or 3 star hotels on that interchange, but ought to have corner are two shuttered restaurants and a sprawling industrial operation. The creepy part is that one night one, we were the only guests on the property as far as we could see.. By check-out time on day-three, there were three other parties at breakfast. Breakfast was meh. The waffle batter and even the instant oatmeal were sub-par. The room was good, though the shower was dated and plumbed in a strange manner. The bed and carpet, furniture, fridge new. The hallway & lobby newly furnished and clean. The parking lot was not in great shape. The staff was good, friendly. The first room she showed me had a nicotine smell and I assume that was left by a craftsman. The second room was good enough. The TV channel selection was most basic: some local channels, CNN but no FBN, no CNBC, no Bloomberg as far as I could tell. But know that this place is still being renovated- it's not completed. The advertised features are false. I'm just glad that we had no reason to hang out there more than just to sleep.
