I think the only thing that I was very disappointed in was the fact that there was no housekeeping during my stay. I feel your customers should know if you’re not doing housekeeping every day in your hotel rooms. I was not told about this when I checked in on Friday, there was nothing in my room that alluded to the fact that there would be no housekeeping during Saturday, and there was nothing when I made my reservation. So, I came back to my room Saturday night, after a long day away, and my room was not clean. When I went down to the front desk to inquire about this, I was told housekeeping is done only every other day. With my stay, I was there Friday and Saturday night. So, housekeeping was going to come in on Sunday morning, but that was not during my stay.
