I had requested a room with a king bed and was given a room with 2 twin beds. I was also disappointed for what we paid for the room that it did not include breakfast. The price of the room did not not reflect the value and I would not stay there again.

Breakfast was supposed to be available until 11am. However, when i showed up at 10:30am there was no breakfast. The cafe did offer me a bagel and a cup of coffee. Which was nice but wasn't what I was looking for.

Suites are very tiny and the sheets were stiff, but otherwise the stay was nice and the cleanliness was great. Room service was prompt and the staff courteous.

This is not a place that's worth $150 a night.
Everything about this hotel is just around satisfactory. First the problems, the HBO doesn't work and everybody in the hotel knows about it but still there is information your room about what's on HBO advertisements for HBO all over the place but the HBO doesn't work. The last day I was there the elevator stopped working. Breakfast was okay but not included in the price of your room unless you complained about the HBO. You better hope it's not busy when you go get the breakfast because there's only two guys that work there and the system is over complicated so it's going to take him 10 minutes to ring you out level make your breakfast. Nothing works well at this hotel everything just works okay this is not a place that's worth $150 a night.

The room was really musty smelling. I would have liked to crack open a window, but that seemed to be impossible. The staff was friendly enough and probably would have allowed me to change rooms, but I was on a quick trip with my daughter (who had work to do) and didn't have time. I did ask the staff each morning for a wake-up call and never received one. The bistro was nice enough but only open until nine. It was not busy. I was the only guest there!
