Hampton Inn & Suites Portland West

Room was cleaned and sealed when I arrived. Large room and large bathroom. Friendly staff. All public spaces where clean and neat. Good set up for business work.

Poor value. Empty hotel charging exorbitant price.

Hotel was clean and the room was updated and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was a big disappointment.

This Hampton is new and upgraded. Loved all of the little features they had to offer. Our view in the room was very nice considering we were near the city.

I felt like an inconvenience trying to get checked in. Anytime I walked through the Front, I was looked at awkwardly, and the silence made it that much more difficult. The breakfast was pedestrian & once again super awkward. There was no like personableness. As I was leaving my room at 11:02, the phone started ringing. They were making sure I was leaving. How rude and disrespectful. I was like the only guest. Don’t recommend. Bed was nice.

Quiet and super clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. No complaints, would stay there again.

The hotel room it self had finger prints and orange food smudges on the doors and light switches, even though it claimed to be a sanitized room. If it were truly sanitized and disinfected, you probably shouldn't see other peoples finger prints all over. On top of that we had no hot water in the bathroom sink and no ice available (due to covid). But we can still touch the same elevator, door knobs etc., you just cant have ice. The location of the hotel was not the greatest. Many many homeless people outside asking for money, felt a little uneasy about where to park the car at night.

View was less than spectacular. None of the local pizza joints would deliver to this location.
