A bit offside...
The staff was friendly, the location good to find but a bit offside. If you want to go out for dinner you have to take your car.
Breakfast area is very limited so is variety. No elevator.
Beds are comfortable.

The hotel is clean and has been upgraded. It’s quite nice.
Unhappy that I didn’t get the room I booked.
I’ve stayed here many times and always book the same room. I am flexible with my dates, booked my room but didn’t get it because they hadn’t cleaned it.

Doing mechanical repairs at 3:30am; my tv didn’t work; bathroom doors open the wrong way so you get trapped in the of the room due to the room layout and the tub wouldn’t drain.

Great customer service. Had my dog, the pet fee was reasonable and they had a great yard for the dog to play on.

Our stay wasn't comfort. It failed to expectations of staff. Front desk man who was checking us in made many mistakes. I don't want to comment all mistakes. Never come back.

Never booking here again
My family and I had driven several hours to finally arrive at our destination. It was late we wanted to get the kids bathed and settled in for bed. As we arrive the power is completely out. Guess service attendant was outside with others who had booked rooms there. The people were very upset as was I. The attendant was not helpful in anyway. He didn’t seem to care that I had two kids that needed to get to sleep. I decided not to
Stay (power out). We ended up having to drive around and find another hotel. Not happy at all!

I didn't feel important.
The building interior was nice, but the grounds were overgrown and there were lots of weeds. The room was clean. I was frustrated with three things. First, there was very poor water flow in the room from the time I checked in and nobody bothered to explain the situation and that it would be back to normal shortly. Second, the front desk clerk had poor social skills. She did not make me feel welcome. She spoke so quietly that I had to ask her to repeat herself three times. The third problem is that the card reader at the side door was deactivating my entry card. I was at the front counter three times about this and yet no one seemed to care that this problem would continue with other guests. Also, when I requested a receipt showing that my $200 deposit was not charged to my card, the front desk person didn't know how to give that to me. I did get it eventually, but she had to get direction from someone else in a back office. I am also pleased that she was willing and able to help guide me to my next destination by looking it up on her phone. Overall, I just didn't feel as though my business was important to them.
