Convenient location, good price. Website didn't mention $100 refundable deposit if prepaid. Also didn't mention $20 non-refundable pet fee. Room was adequate, but carpet waa still damp from recent shampooing, which also left a musty smell.

The first room we were given smelled like mildew and upon further inspection there was black mold growing on the wall. We were told after hurricane Debby some of the rooms had been leaking and they had not found all the damages yet. We notified the front desk and they gave us a new room that was in good condition.

I booked here because it had a pool which we were looking forward to but the pool was closed the entire time. So pretty disappointing. They also put us on the 2nd floor and we were literally 1 of 5 people there. Not sure why we got put up top when there were plenty of bottom rooms opened. Makes carrying a sleeping child hard.

The pool didn’t work, which was the reason we chose the hotel. The beds were small and uncomfortable. But the staff was friendly and you could tell they were trying to keep it a clean place.
