I have stayed here in 2020 and that waa a different experience altogether. It was efficient from non contact check in to pre packed breakfast until check out. This time, I booked a night stay for a family member. There was no door code given on the instruction letter. He had to wait by the door phoning a number that is no longer in service. After nearly 30 min of wait, a man arrived, by chance, who let him in. He identified himself as son of the hotel owner. He offered no apologies when it waa pointed out to him that the phone number posted doesn’t work. No packed breakfast offered. Rooms are really tiny in this hotel but one can forgive that with a good service experience. Unfortunately none of that was observed this time. My family member found another hotel iin the area for his extended stay.
