Don’t waste your money, not family friendly
Don’t waste not one dollar here when you can stay at way nicer for the same price or a little more. This hotel is garbage for the following
1. They are not daily friendly! When my son burned his hand on their fireplace I was told that it was my fault. By the gerneral manager! ( name is cash). I only informed him to INFORM him it happened and I got bashed as a mom. Anyone who has kids knows it takes one second. This was inconsiderate and wrong.
2. They don’t have it listed that there is no pool. They said it was because of COVID knowing that’s a LIE. Their pool needs a PART and this has absolutely nothing to do with COVID.it was literally the only reason I stayed at this very gross hotel.
3. The rooms are dirty, dusty and busted. The tv didn’t work and the heater didn’t work either.
4. The customer service here is non existent
And don’t expect them to make it right! They DON’T CARE.
Trust me when I say, I would rather stay at the executive suites then have to enter this garbage hotel ever again. Go stay somewhere like the Hilton for only $30 more!

The hotel is costlier than the clarion. It also has less square footage and lousy staff that makes you feel like you are such an inconvenience. The Applebee’s customers constantly have conflict with hotel customers and it was a miserable stay to say the least..

Ironing board was broken, shower took some finagling, but the service was great and the people at the front desk were very nice and very helpful. Outstanding beds - as usual for Hamptons.

Nice staff & hotel but disappointing.
The pool was broken and out of use. Our first room blinds wouldn’t close and we spent the first night with them up offering no privacy. It was the first floor. They offered to move us but we were too tired, We did pack everything up and moved the next day.

Nice place to stay in Anchorage - good value.
I enjoys staying at the Hampton, it’s older but every thing is in great condition. Linens towels and bedding are fresh clean and comfortable. You g man at checkin was polite, happy and helpful.
I don’t know who mandated no coffee in the lobby , this used to be one of many reasons I stayed here. I do not like using the single serving coffee makers in the rooms , seems like they are harder to keep disinfected than a central location. Also if the pool and spa are close this should be disclosed prior to booking . My two cents ..
I stay here often and will continue to do so.
