Hotel good, customer service poor.
Hotel itself is decent especially for the price we paid, it's clean, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are nice. The service we received wasn't great. We ordered room service and the whole order was wrong, even brought my other halfs food on stale bread. I brought this up with the night duty manager and he assured me he would make a note on my account, which he didn't an I had to explain the whole thing again to the morning duty manager, who offered me a token refund on the food. We have another booking in August but I think we may cancel if this is the level of service that we'll be expecting.

It’s okay lovely location
This oldish is Hotel is in a lovely location, It’s OK is a business hotel, Front Desk staff very friendly, the waiting on staff serving the Outside terraced area Not so friendly, And the service poor.

Stayed here many times, can’t fault the staff friendly and helpful, the place is a tip, room had lots of marks in walls, paint work was filthy, paint peeling from ceilings, premium priced hotel, should be better, also got charged £10 to park!

Many hotels during the epidemic are a much reduced version of their former selves and the Hull Marina is no exception to this problem. However the staff do their best and mostly the service is good though limited. Of course, the hotel is still in a great location and this is some compensation for the temporary limitations of facilities and service.

Very good in difficult times!
Stay was good. In the circumstances, given Covid situation, the hotel did really well. The situation meant that the stay was necessarily constrained but the hotel performed well given the pressures.

Hotel in perfect location
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff had great attitudes to customer service. Breakfast was perfect.

Hotel doing well to welcome visitors
The hotel did really well to make everyone welcome while keeping to Covid Secure requirements. They were attentive to need for a secure storage space.
It has a very good location on one side - overlooking the marina. Currently seperated from the City by an appalling busy dual carraigeway but there is a rather grand bridge being built so it will be better in the near future. There are a lot of very interesting parts of the City Centre well worth walking around.

Paid £85 for 1nights stay parking in the hotel grounds and they charge you £10 for the privilege of staying there.

Difficult times for hotels. Staff excellent. Lunch and breakfast very good. Very good location and no issues parking. Hotel rooms a little tired but comfortable and clean. Some noise from corridors (other inconsiderate guests) slight problem if near lifts. Request rooms end of corridor if light sleeper.
