Spent one night there as I was passing through. Hotel was old and very rundown, but it was clean. The staff was friendly, informative and efficient. Parking was plentiful and it seemed the area was in a safe neighborhood.
Got it off the interstate late in the morning went to check into room and was told was unable to check in to see the fact that I have my kids with me contacted the hotel and still will not let me check in I had to get a whole Nother hotel due to the fact that they would not let me check into this hotel
The whole experience was horrible. When we got to the hotel, the manager/owner told us that he would not rent the room to us for the advertised price. When asked why it was on hotels.com he said, âI donât know you have to call them.â Then he told us to go down the road.
Terrible hotel, terrible, service, all terrible. Owners claimed computers were down and I couldnât check In until I showed them that my booking was guaranteed and then all of a sudden their system was back up and running. Also made me pay $30 security deposit which was not refunded to me as promised. Do not waste your time at this filthy and unprofessional dump.
I booked a reservation at the OYO hotel on highway 51 NE in Brookhaven and they refused me and my child service stating they didnât have any rooms vacant, when they had 4 available rooms. The owner spoke to us very rudely and then told us to go to the other OYO across town and tell them to transfer the reservation. Unfortunately that was misinformation and I could not transfer the reservation. The owner did not apologize for the inconvenience and his rude behavior. Iâm actuallu glad I didnât get to stay because upon arriving the conditions of the rooms were horrible.
Horrible property manager/owner who was not happy that we made our booking through hotels.com and wanted us to book directly with him (he called our personal cell phone). Once he found out that we already reserved the room through the app, he said that there are some sewer issues at the hotel and we should look for another place (after we paid in full for our stay at his property). Tried resolving the issue with OYO customer service and they couldn't care less about this situation and didnât even try to understand what was going on.
It was the trashiest place I have ever had the displeasure to see

Staff member was so rude
No tv service
Dirty sheets and bugs in the corners
Chain on door did not lock properly either
