Third Street Apartments

Great place to stay. Tasteful decor and very comfortable. Everything you could need to stay a week or even a month.

The room was spacious and clean. It came with a kitchen and dinette, a studio where the bed and couch were loacted, and then a walk-in closet/bathroom. There was a portable a/c unit. The bed was a queen with 4 pillows. The bed sat quite low to the ground and was very firm. There was no live staff on hand that I saw when in the building. The passcodes were easy to use. I always had access to the building and room wihtout complication. It will help to have the passcodes they email to you on a screenshot for easy access. The location is close to interstate access (I-405) and close to the entertainment district (Pine and Broadway). I felt safe walking about town during any part of the day. It's about a 0.5 mile walk to the beach and the same amount to the convention center. The building is an older stucco colonial Spanish style and is attractive from the curb. The landscaping is neat and appealing. From my room, I had a direct visual line to a full orange tree. I'm from Iowa - so that was something nice to awake to. The one drawback was that there was not a daily turn-down service. Accumulated trash and used towels stayed with me for my 3 days there. Not a huge deal. Be mindful of that when using towels. One other small drawback is that the room doors are thin. Once in the room, I could not really hear other guests. The big plus was the savings compared to the chain hotels in the area. I saved well over $100+ each night. I'd go back.

It was a really convenient location. I was able to walk to the convention center and to many good, close by restaurants. The neighborhood was generally quiet and pleasantly walkable. The room left a bit to be desired because the digital antennae didn't really tune in any of the network stations so I didn't get to watch any news for the three days I was in town. There is no kitchen sink which is normally OK, but the bathroom has a pedestal sink, so no place to put any dishes once washed. This made using the microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker almost impractical. Also, no two appliances could be used at the same time (including the AC) for threat of blowing a circuit. There are signs warning against this scattered throughout the room. It was OK in a pinch to stay here, but if there are hotels available, you may want to check them out.

Reasonably comfortable and easy. Good option if you’re on a budget.

Nice little studio property. The only thing for me was the mattress, it needs a face lift. The matress was getting old and needed to be replaced.

Stay was great and just as advertised.

I liked how close it was to the convention center

The location was easy to walk around. The apartment building was darling. We will def stay here again.

I was so impressed by the convenience I experienced in terms of having the access codes in my email and not having to wait for anyone. I fell in love with the unit as I opened the door. It was immaculately clean. Loved it. Could you please add tea as an option for tea drinks? :) Loved how every thing was well thought of, even the tilting TV. Many thanks!

アメリカンスタイルのホテルでとても綺麗でした。キッチン設備もおふろのアニメティもしっかりしていて良かったです。ただDOWN TOWNから遠いのが難点でしたが空港までは近くの駅から直通のバスがあったので便利でした。
