Room was updated, comfortable and clean.
Because of covid, we were actually put in the hilton next door. Staff was amazing, restaurant was still open to get food and drinks with great changes for the new restrictions in place. Would definitely stay again if needed.
The front staff desk was phenomenal. Truly just so kind. I had difficulty with the shower and someone came right up to give me a hand. Would love the chance to stay here again.
Although I’d booked the Res Lion, which was closed sure to Covid, they transferee our reservation to The Hilton for the same price and it’s was very comfortable, clean and the food at Solaris was great. Would stay again, the location is great as well. Although , get a room on the west side of building as 405 freeway was noisy, but they immediately changed our room
I usually stayed at the Red Lion when I visit Bellevue WA. This time it wasn’t a friendly welcoming at the front desk. Parking is ridiculous expensive $$$
It's a good hotel however it needs some upkeep we had a faucet in the bathroom that was broken the bathtub handle was loose. For being in a covid-19 on they did do a good job of keeping everything clean and you can tell that the room was gone over quite frequently.
the hotel temporarily closed and move our room to Hilton nearby, the room was clean and comfortable
Great staff, very happy I will definitely come back
We booked a premium king room for our 10th anniversary trip, we always stay at this hotel as it's always been a great stay. Weren't told we'd be at the Hilton next door as Red Lion was closed. No heads up, I just would have liked some type of notice. The room we were given was missing some of the perks I paid extra for, such as courtyard view, plush robes and a microwave. I also chose the free breakfast option, which I found out wasn't supposed to be offered, itwas supposed to be turned off on Hotels.com as it's not an option right now. While it was a wrench in our plans, and I was a little irritated not to be told the change of room/hotel, the front desk was very accommodating. She put us on the top floor, gave us access to the restricted floor so we had access to the microwave, and gave us a bunch of coupon vouchers to make up for the missed breakfast. The room was clean enough, but overall a bit dusty and run down. I wouldn't pay high prices for this type of room, but for the size and discount, I'll take it. While it was disappointing not to get the extra perks I paid more for, they did the best they could! One piece of advice I couldn't get over, the hand soap and products all had lavender in them, which I'm allergic to. The front desk had no other option for me to use. Luckily I had brought my own bath products, but I did have to go out and buy my own handsoap so I could actually wash my hands at the hotel. Something very important, especially in the times of Covid19
Very rude front desk attendant
