Great stay overall. Cool lobby and outdoor area. I had an issue with my room during my stay and the general manager resolved it right away. I am very grateful for such great customer service. Nice, safe property at a great location.

We came in the area to stay close to our son and daughter-in-law for their first baby shower. We enjoyed the stay but the breakfast availability was very disappointing. No hot food.

My biggest issue with my stay was the lack of cleanliness. Given that there’s a global pandemic, cleanliness is especially important right now. My room appeared to not have been cleaned thoroughly after the last guest checked out. There were small black hairs all over the bathroom, small black hairs all over the sheets, and a longer black hair on the pillow. It looked like all the cleaning they did was make the bed without changing the sheets and put out fresh towels with no actual cleaning. I switched rooms and the second room was much cleaner but the first one being so dirty really made me question how thoroughly they are cleaning and disinfecting rooms between guests. My next problem was with the improper mask wearing of the employees. The woman working at the front desk had her mask around her chin, not covering her nose or her mouth. Luckily there was a plexiglass divider up between us but still not a good first impression when checking in. I’m very disappointed because this hotel had such good reviews but I definitely will not be staying here again in the future.

Loved the room—lots of storage options. Had a difficult time getting a receipt for a cash deposit upon check in, but morning staff was excellent. We would stop here again.

Everything was good except the lady bug infestation in room 403

This is a modest comfortable stay for something that was just a quick in and out trip. The sheets were pretty soft and very comfortable however my only concern and complaint is that there was a number of stringy hairs that I had to pull off of the towels so much so that I had to request new towels because there was almost always a shrinky hair on it. Even with the new set that I got from the receptions at the front desk that had hair on it as well but by the time I realized it I was already in position to get my shower so I had to pick off the hairs and then spray my disinfectant spray. That is very nasty and disgusting to have to pick off hair especially long stringy hair off of your sheets and towels and even seeing it on the floor. That was my only issue. It's a new build so it's very quiet over there The Force across the street was pretty peaceful but other than that it can look a little gloomy and dreary because you seem to be by yourself even though all the action is just up the road.
