Sleep Inn & Suites BWI Airport

Das Hotel ist schon älter, recht abgewohnt und hellhörig. Im Flur waren überall Flecken auf dem Teppich. Wir waren um 17.30 Uhr da und unser Zimmer war noch nicht fertig. Das Hotel war überbucht und wir mussten 30 Min. auf unser Zimmer warten. Die Rezeption war total überfordert. Der Türöffner an unserer Zimmertür ist fast auseinander gefallen.

Room wasn’t right had to be moved three times.

Fine did not appreciate $100 deposits that i was not told about

The hotel manager kept my credit card on file and charged me for another night on New Year’s Eve (I did not stay there on New Year’s Eve) as of this writing I have been unable to resolve the fraudulent charge. In addition the hotel is just outside of the hotel district in what appears to be higher crime area, there were 3 police SUVs and at least 4 tactical officers in front of the hotel lobby when I arrived, which was unsettling and also inconvenient because I could not pull my car up to the front to unload my luggage, I arrived at 6:45pm so it was not like the middle of the night, The room was nice once I got into it thankfully, so the hotel staff is keeping the place up at least. All things considered, I would not recommend this property/I’ll never stay there again , with so many options in the area, spend just a few dollars more and stay a little closer to BWI

The first room they put me in, none of the lights worked. Had to switch rooms. Same situation. The rooms were filthy. The staff does not care about the guests. Had to wait at least 10-15 minutes for someone to even come out of the back room to check me in.

This hotel needs some major work, black mold in the bathrooms, dirty sheets and pillows, the A/C doesn’t work, the elevator is missing buttons and has graffiti and deep marks all in it not to mention it doesn’t work half the time. The customer service needs a lot of work, rude and unprofessional! We had a whole bridal party stay here and we all had the same horrible nasty experience!

My room didn’t have lighting that worked by the sink or by the front door. Also, the smoke alarm wasn’t mounted and was dangling from the ceiling waiting to fall.

Smell bad and they charged me 2 times the amount ..

Hi when we arrive at sleep in ,the computers were down couldn’t check in had to come back. Oh I left out the lady was able to give us our keys. When we finally returned we asked for some blankets they said there wasn’t any blankets but the lady that handed me the keys came to our room and gave us the blanket. The towel holder in the bathroom fell off and wasn’t screwed on tight. The bed was comfortable the pillow was comfortable the refrigerator did not work it smelled like mildew. I don’t appreciate smelling the weed sent in the hallway the elevator button was missing
