The staff were all very nice and helpful. We paid for all inclusive services and food and when we arrived, were told that the spa, gym, and all of the gourmet restaurants that were advertised were closed. Everything was buffet style and served like a school cafeteria. There was no fresh food available. The donuts in the coffee shop were an extra cost as were many other things that were advertised as part of the all inclusive package including free bike rental (we paid $60 because my kids were so excited to go). We tried to use the ATM to get pesos and we asked for $4,000 pesos and the machine gave us $600 and then said error and we didn’t get the rest of the money even though $200 USD was taken out of our bank account. That took a lot of our vacation time trying to call the banks and deal with that, and the staff did not know how to help. Our tv was in Spanish and nobody knew how to help us switch any of it or change the Netflix settings. 24 hour room service was listed as an all inclusive amenity, however; it was an extra charge. We paid a lot of money for these amenities and none of them were available. Two weeks before we left, my husband called the resort and asked if all restaurants and amenities were open and they told us they were. He also asked about the covid testing and they said they tested for free, but we had to pay $70 for our tests once we were there. I asked for a partial refund or credit of some kind and they said to contact Expedia which I will do.

I mean it’s all show. All the lobby chairs and seating was dirty. I have pictures. Several restaurants were closed, the buffet was terrible, the restaurant that was open was terrible. The pool area floor was sooooo dirty like cmon now. I would not recommend going back here again I wish I would have just stuck with Marival Residence. I wish I can get my money back. Worst trip ever. Not even being exaggerating. I was counting down the days to come home and eat some good food.

I didint like the service; in addition, how they only had one restaurant open which you had to reserve for when reserving online it says there is a variety of restaurants with different specialties.

The waitress are terrible on the restaurant you need to beg for your drinks.
The waitress on the beach are none
We have one day with no water on the bathroom
It is only one restaurant working and you need to walk every day to make dinner reservations even it is the only restaurant.
They call the hotel all inclusive , but they sell bottles of wine, and food on the cafe shop.
The menu for the service room it is terrible.
They have only one restroom on the beach area
The check in is terrible take me around 30 minutes and another 30 to get me bags on me room
The water on the pool was cold
The washers on the beach wasn’t working for multiple days
They don’t have a bar near by the beach , they have one near one pool and close 6pm sharp after that you need to go to another building to get drinks
I am very disappointed for a hotel with 4 stars

Worst hotel ever
All inclusive stayed with ocean view when I get there they gave me a pool view and also all inclusive sucks there. I try ordering room service food and they told me I have to go down to lobby an payed 100 pesos if n I wanted to order food. So not only of the inconvenience of going to to lobby but also what’s the whole thing of all inclusive if you ha e to pay just to order food. Also they give you all inclusive wristband an they tell you if you down return the wristband you would get charge $100 American dollars for not returning a simple wristband. Overall is been my worst experience of all the hotels I stayed before. And I’m a traveler so I been to plenty of other hotels.
