No towels in room or toiletries, floor was still dirty. Given wrong room first and it was filthy. Pool was not accessible. Friendliest people there were the other guests. Close enough to everything and yet far enough out.

You have to do your own housekeeping (taking trash downstairs). You have to bring your towels downstairs in order for you to receive any towels. The pool was closed due to the health department. Their was dog hair everywhere especially in the shower ( you can tell it was a dog in our room previously) We were told the housekeeper was not able to vaccum or do anything until we checked out.

Everything was great except check-in, called a few days before and asked for an early check-in, they said shouldn’t be a problem, just call the morning of, so I did, they say if available you can check-in early; fair enough. We got there at noon, 3 hours early, and was told, we can’t check-in till 3, not because of availability, but because it was their policy; and was informed that if we did check-in early, it would be $50. But I called I said, and was told the person we spoke with was new and told us the wrong thing, so I said both people; they didn’t get it. Came back to an extremely loud and crazy lobby at 2:45, and was told we had to wait till 3 pm, Very frustrating she would not even attempt to accommodate my Wife and myself. And the crazy noise and loudness lasted way into the night. I will say we did like the room, and the continental breakfast was outstanding; but did not make up for the loudness and check-in experience we wasted 3 hours…..

There was a family reunion there and they were extremely loud and disruptive. One night they were screaming up and down the halls all night and at 2am someone was banging on our door. We opened it and they were like oops wrong room. then the hotel itself was bad. It’s a brand new hotel. It’s beautiful but when we got there I didn’t want to use the card we reserved the room with the pay but she didn’t even ask she just charged it and when we got in the room we had no toilet paper and no soap. Not even hand soap. Also the tv was super glitchy. It kept freezing so we told them and they said sorry there’s nothing we can do try fixing it yourself. We never got breakfast. We went down by 8-8:30 everyday and everything was out. We asked for more pancakes and the clerk said “I don’t know how to do them”. We had to go out for breakfast everyday. then last night at 2 am the reunion decided to set fireworks off in the parking lot. It was SOOOOO LOUD. When I asked about it in the morning the overnight clerk was like “i don’t know I wasn’t paying attention”. Upon checking out the clerk didn’t even ask me how our stay was. I will not stay here again.

Really modern hotel. Very clean as soon as you come in. Nice bar with TV’s. Room was clean. Huge bathroom. Bed was soft with down pillows. TV is a new LED smart TV with Netflix for free along with cable. Continental breakfast in the morning had the typical bagel, toast cereal but also had pancakes, eggs and sausage. Also shares a parking lot with Zaxby’s. Would definitely stay here again.

Service was great but the first room we were given was filthy. Sheets balled up on the dresser, trash on the counter, etc. We were given a different room which is great but in incident at to have to go back down and wait for a new room

When we checked in, my card had already been run for 4 rooms, when everyone was to pay for their own. There was also additional $50 charges for each room that I was not initially made aware of. All these additional charges and rooms charged to my debit card caused my acct to overdraw and was a huge issue. I was also incorrectly charged for a 5th room that someone else was supposed to be being charged for. This was refunded but not properly at first, and I had to work with a corporate manager and hotel manager the next morning to have it resolved. After a lot of discussing and team work it was figured out and I was refunded the amount. While check in was stressful. The front desk clerk was sympathetic and asked me later if I had any refund issued because she obviously felt bad and it was out of her control. The hotel was short staffed, so the bartender and front desk clerk were both running around trying to fix the issues and keep everyone happy. Carlos the bartender and the front desk clerk that has been there for 6 days, I did not get her name, were wonderful and should be praised for their hard work while be massively short staffed and left alone. All issues were resolved and our party of 12 left happy. Thanks guys.
