Extended Stay America - Chesapeake - Churchland Blvd.

This Extended Stay in Chesapeake was unbearable! Room was disgusting! I had to ask the front desk for cleaning supplies. The room door wouldn't close probably and the bathroom door was missing its door handle. The room smelled damp and the bathroom was terrible! Never staying there again!

Room was comfy, even though I originally booked for a king bed and was given a double. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only problem was me having to clean the tub myself upon arrival.

The staff was awesome nd the manager Gabriel was outstanding. She one of a kind nd i thank the whole staff for such a wonderful stay. I will be returning

first i would like to say that Karl was very good, at the front desk. However their was gentlemen sitting in the lobby. just listening to everyone business. I felt because of the small area noone should be sitting there. Two, the smoker should smoke off the property that included the employees. in addition to staying over night their was a lot of noise i was waken every time with the horn of the vehicle and the loud talking. Also i could hear the footsteps upstairs and the door slamming from above me and in the same floor i was in. so this Hotel need a lot work based on common dating the customers. Also the elevator was dirty it need some major updates like the buttons working property and the walls. the floor in my room after taken off my white sock they were filthy dirty. i had to place the towels on the floor. so this hotel has a lot of work i would not be staying there anymore. thank you

Room smelled. Broken appliances. Room was dirty. Won't stay there again.

Was out of toiletries and couldn’t switch my room. The tv channels were ALL FUZZY.

I didnt like how no one gathers the garbage. The parking lot was clutterws with garbage.

The staff was nice and check in was quick. My only complaint is that there were stains in the blanket and the pillows.

Everyone was nice and the hotel was clean. Would definitely come back.

The manager was very attentive and focused on cleanliness of the property. This was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in, especially at this price point. The property was well maintained.
