Clean super friendly staff. The only down side the towels had stains and so did the sheet
The room was dirty, had stains on the bed and I booked a king bed but when I went to check in they said there were no rooms with that available
I had 3 rooms for the night. The next morning there was no food, coffee, or drinks. The front desk was abandoned. The booking included continental breakfast, and this was confirmed at check in on the day of arrival. I know times are tough in the hotel business, but I paid full price for three rooms, and was shorted the food, and convenience.
The only issue that I had was that there was no breakfast as advertised. I do understand the reason with the Covid precautions, however this should be removed from the advertisement as it was one of the reasons I chose this location.Everything else was excellent with a very friendly staff
As always everything was clean and perfect. Two items one was our lack of sleep due late arrivals and their noise. Very loud and their footsteps keep us awake. Their garbage litter the park lot the next morning. We also understand that during the COVID the breakfast was not available but we were not offer a grab and go bag. I don’t feel we should have to ask it should be offered.
This hotel has had an makeover from what it was a year ago. They aren't done yet but they have made a big improvement. The rooms are well done with new carpet, paint and bathrooms. The only down fall is the card reader at the back door didn't work have the time, they really need to replace it asap.
Gentlelman working the fro desk (April 28/29) was very unfriendly, almost made me feel bad for needing a place to stay. Also, the heat was not on the room and it took 4 hours for the room to heat up with the temperature and fan on high. Room was freezing for a majority of the hours I was awake.
Our room was neat and clean. When we visit our family in Connecticut we always stay at our favorite hotel.
Our stay has been good. Only negative is the matress is too firm.
Fire Alarm went off 2x No one left the building and/or no communication that the guys working on elevator set it off. Remote for TV difficult with changing channels Analog very slow No cover for toilet seat. If your not careful you can drop things in. Smell in Common area.
