Best Western Hotel Royale

Hotel in Zentrums- und Strandnähe. Schöner Bar- und Aufenthaltsbereich. Das Familienzimmer war alt, aber groß und befand sich leider nicht im Haupthaus. Ruhige Lage.

Extremely clean and very cmfortable

Have to pay for parking at £4 a night but the hotel overall is quite nice.

Hotel is dated but room was clean. Service at breakfast was not great as too busy

Dont pay more for the executive room, there is no differance from the double bed family room. For the price we paid we could have stayed at the marriot. I cant find any reason why this hotel is rated at 8.2, 4 stars or 3 stars. In my opinion 2 stars.

The receptionist Luciana was great very friendly and helpful at the check in. But the hotel needs more than a lick of paint, the hotel is tired and really needs to be updated. We were changed of bedroom because the bathroom fan wouldn't go off. The second bedroom had a dodgy switch on the bathroom. The heater wouldn't work. We had to ask our room to be cleaned because nobody came the house keeping but the answer was that we should have book the housekeeping because of covid!! And that they could book a cleaner for next day ( the day that we were leaving)!!!! finally they agreed to clean the room up that night.the pool was nice temperature but not very clean! Wouldn't come back

Beds not comfortable, out dated needs updating, staff friendly and helpful, lovely pool, lovely chalets, room 208 is not nice as experienced by family member (not a nice room colour and smells). Pictures online are a bit deceiving ( pictures of the room look nicer than what they actually are. Manager very apologetic and extremely helpful.

The staff make this hotel. The room was comfortable. Overall for the price this hotel was exceptional.

Great price, friendly staff... but I’m really struggling to workout why AA gave it 4 stars... the rooms were filled with cheap furniture that looked like then 70s

We were assigned our family room at check in and was directed to the first floor. We couldn’t locate the room and went back to reception. We were told it’s on the first floor. No one came to assist so we continued to seek our room. After a thorough research, we returned to reception. Only to be told our room was outside at the rear of the main hotel block. On arrival to our room. It was tatty and incredibly disappointing. Net curtains were torn. Shower temperature was constantly changing and was uncomfortable. We only stayed because we found the room very clean and were staying just the one night. Paying for parking is disgraceful as well. The breakfast in the morning was disgusting. Glad we didn’t have dinner there the night before.
