Disappointment
The staff doesn't care and is not helpful. Sometimes no electricity and no hot water. Leaky shower so always a wet floor in the bathroom even if you don't use it. Very bad breakfast. Low water pressure for hot water. No hairdryer in the room. Wifi is password protected and they don't tell you the password on their own. Also don't tell you breakfast and gym times. You have to request access to the gym daily. No closed parking space available for the suite only open parking. You have to use the stairs to get to your car then despite having an elevator leading to that floor since they lock the door after a certain time and you can't open it with your hotel card/key. -> Not accessible for people with a wheelchair. No room cleaning despite requesting it for 3 days and talking with 4 different people. (Our room got cleaned once in 8 days after making all that fuss). However, not all of the stuff they gave us was clean, we got a pillow with brown stains. After raising these issues we got offered an "upgrade" to a smaller room with 1 bedroom despite them knowing we specifically got the suite because we needed 2 bedrooms. No apology, no real help. Hotels.com support was way better and offered to help relocate if the issues didn't get fixed but even they couldn't reach the responsible person at the hotel. The issues persisted during our whole stay. Only the checkout was fast and efficient. Basically just hand in the keys and be on your way to the airport. All in all not recommended!
