Absolutely gorgeous place. Very clean, spacious, with all the amenities. The rooms are very spacious, ea h with a private bathroom with showers. The room Upstairs has two balconies. One with a dinning area and the other with a jacuzzi, sink, bar table with stools, tanning bed. There’s a washer and dryer onsite too. The pool, gym And club house are a 2 min walk. Just perfect.

We stayed in the Santomar building at Lumina Losantos with another family (four adults, four kids ages 11-14) for six nights in a premium apartment (3 bedrooms). Plenty of space for all except that the dining table only seats 6 and the couch seats maybe 4-5 (when we scrunched together). We did appreciate having 3 full bathrooms so the kids weren’t in our space. Our concierge was very responsive via WhatsApp to our requests for additional paper towels, trash bags, etc. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer. The pool is beautiful and the water was the perfect temperature. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable. It’s located only a few minutes away from a large Super Chedraui that we visited several times during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, especially given the reasonable price for such a beautiful place.

So many issues. Photography can be deceiving. We stayed in the premium apartment for a week and it was very unpleasant. The apartment was not built well. There are entry points all over that allow mosquitoes in and also birds in the primary bedroom upstairs. The noise is a huge issue. Birds waking you up at 6 am or the construction vehicles and work. The bathrooms had zero ventilation and all 3 stunk of sewer. It was disgusting. Main bedroom bed was hard as a rock. We had to sleep on the sofa the entire week. Kitchen was a mess with non working appliances, broken faucet, when I let concierge know of the non working stove, I was met with an accusation that we misused it causing it to break. We had just checked in. It was insulting and we had to wait around an hour on vacation for them to figure out the issue. Gym was nice but had broken equipment, they do not provide any gym towels or any hand towels in the unit or gym. They also don’t provide sanitizing wipes or towels in the gym. When I questioned this, concierge said it’s my responsibility to have wipes for the gym. Overall, this place is a dump and not worth the money. The staff on-site were nice, concierge was a bit condescending and rude. Stay far away.

Excellent ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’hôte était disponible , le logement était très typique , bien decoré avec de beaux matériaux ! Le cadre en pleine jungle , offrant une piscine au centre , génial!!! La seule chose manquante est la machine à laver mais il y avait un pressing à moins de 5min. J’y séjournerai à nouveau en janvier prochain et merci encore!!!!

Me and my two Teenager daughters felt very save and at home at Lumina. The spacious Apartment has everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped (inclusive. blender for Smoothie making) and the beds are comfortable. We loved the option to eat on the large balcony or the rooftop deck with cool off pool! The property and amenities are beautiful, quiet and never crowded. We used the fully equipped new gym Equipment and pool as well as the Pickel Ball courts. We rented bicycles for the week for easy in and out and the grocery close by had everything we needed inclusive fresh fruits and vegetables. Would definierend recommend and stay there again! Oh and many good sonnig places in both, walkable and driveable distance. A Taxi stand is close by which we used to get to Tulum town Center or further away cenotes.

Le site est très beau mais en plein développement, beaucoup de travaux et de bruits pendant la journée, difficile de relaxer à la piscine qui est soit dit en passant magnifique. Il faut prévoir un véhicule si vous voulez vous promener, à pieds tout est assez loin, minimum 20 minutes, nous adorons marcher personnellement mais à cette chaleur nous aurions manquer beaucoup de chose et les rues sont d très obscures le soir aux alentours. Mais nous avons aimé notre séjour, nous avions louer un scooter, ce fut très agréable :)

Literally right behind secrets where the rest of our friends were staying so it's a quick 5 minute walk there. There's a 7 eleven near by as well as easy accessibility to taxi's if needed. There is also dining near by as well that you can walk to. The property is beautiful and in a gated community. There is a pool and gym in very good condition as well. I honestly would stay here again. Felt very safe and at home. The communication from whomever was assisting us could have been a little bit better, but it's not the end of the world. Long story short, we were trying to have our host help us order a pizza since we did not speak Spanish and she wasn't giving us clarity on whether or not she was willing to assist with that. Could have been a cultural barrier. Since she was unclear on if she was willing to help, we ended up going out to take a taxi and get it ourselves. When we left she finally got back to say she would call, but should have been clear about that before we left as I was essentially going back and forth with her for almost 45 minutes on if she could call when she was done wrapping up whatever she was doing and she didn't confirm that for me. But honestly, it really wasn't a big deal and everything else was seamless.

Apartment was wonderful and spacious. It's in a perfect position to access both the beach (if have access to bikes) or the town if you enjoy a 30 minute walk. It's on the edge of Aldea Zama, so perfectly situated in an up and coming area with just a touch of jungle vibe. It's just far enough to feel like you have a slice of isolation whilst still having the conveniences of a nearby 7/11 or various restaurant/cafes. Plus can easily self cater here. The communication and final section of the walking route leave a little to be desired. For communication, access to phone internet is a must for check in as there is no representative to meet you (self-check in) and the particular location is a little confusing if you arrive to Tulum before you receive the instructions (we received ours 2 hours before check in, 2pm vs 4pm check in). Also, we had a slight issue with smells from the drains. Overall, a great location and apartment with access to a lovely looking pool and gym.

Super stay in Tulum

Room was great. Very spacious apartment in a perfect location. Bed was very big and super comfortable. Washing machine in the apartment was also very handy.

Just wow! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, very modern and beautifully decorated. Top notch design! Importantly, it was also quiet, clean and bug free! The view of the jungle from the top bedroom and terrace was amazing! The property is surrounded by the forest, so you wake up to wonderful bird calls. I loved the trail through the woods to the swimming pool, which was so relaxing surrounded by lush greenery. The architecture of the pool is lovely, clean water, and it was never crowded. The concierge was very responsive and we had every comfort we needed. A wonderful vacation!!!

Wonderful place. Clean. Amenities are on point complete with knives, scissors, etc. Just be warned that it gets really hot during the day that the top bedroom also gets too hot. The ceiling is so high and I do not think there’s a barrier between the inside and the outside because you can literally hear everything from outside. There are also no black out curtains in the bedrooms.

Beautiful apartment and pool. Very nice design and layout. There were a couple issues that were quickly taken care of by the staff. We really enjoyed our stay. There were several great restaurants close by.

Stayed with my wife and 2 kids (9yrs and 1yr olds) was located central as you could go to any of the beaches driving everything including cenotes was about 20min drive. Located in town in a secure neighborhood helped when we needed to buy grocery’s (5mins away) will definitely stay here again! Would recommend getting a rental (FYI dont buy the rental company coverage if you have chase sapphire it covers you and Id asume any major credit card that has travel rewards would as well)

The room,the chairs were very dusty. The master bath room toilet was very smelly and no air refresher. Aside from that it is a good place and we enjoyed our selves.

This condo was fabulous! It was near everything we wanted to do and see. We felt safe in the quiet and gated community. The layout was perfect and just overall beautifully decorated.

The apartment and pool area are really great! Exactly like the photos online. Great value for money and perfect for a family stay. The pool was never really busy and often we had it to ourselves. The site is quite new and still being built so you can expect building noise particularly when at the pool. This is difficult to avoid in Tulum as there are new developments everywhere it seems.
