General observations.
Not sure if it's covid related, but there were no blankets or extra sheets other than the one sheet on the bed. Yes, it was extremely hot out, so one might think you wouldn't need a blanket. It's more or less just one of those things where it's a familiar comfort issue.
Also- Not saying it's anyone's fault, but the fire alarm went off in the morning and nobody really updated what was going on as i made my way to the street. I was on a crutch with a knee injury and couldn't find any employees to ask which way was best to go since i was moving slowly. Again, not trying to blame anyone for things outside their control, just added to a stressful situation.
Ons positive note; The staff was very friendly at check in. I will also say I made a call to the front desk and they brought up an extra sheet. Not sure why they don't have the blankets available (?) covid protocol possibly(?).
I will also say the location is great. We were there for college orientation so it was perfectly located close by everything.
Clean and friendly people. Nothing against anybody here because they all were friendly. The fire alarm situation was really not handled great in my opinion though. Should there have been a real situation, nobody would've known what was happening based on my interactions with other guests wandering through stairwells searching for the best egress.
