Great location for either walking or driving around the area. The staff were great and the room was perfect. The only issue we had was on our first night a tractor/trailer rig ran its engine for about 30 minutes around midnight outside our window

The shower at the pool area was broken so we could not shower before entering the pool and hot tub. The room was dusty on the rungs of the dining chairs and in the bathroom the lower tiles were also dusty. We had to bring our dirty towels to the desk and get clean towels. We paid $375.00 for 2 night plus the hotel charged us a $40.00 fee twice on our credit card. We do not know what this $80.00 was for but when we find out, we are hoping they will take at least one of those $40.00 charges off our credit card. This really made us upset. We were disappointed with our stay although the staff were very pleasant and helpful under the circumstances, not complete room service and scaled down breakfast due to pandemic restrictions. We expect more from Marriott properties in the future!!!

Room cleanliness was an issue. Room had not been deep cleaned in a LONG time. Kitchen missing many basics (no frying pan or spatula) Cheap bedding. Blankets with rips and holes. Fitness center only had a bench with dumbells up to 50lbs (several sets missing) and a few cardio machines.

The hotel was conveniently located. The lady at check in was sooo sweet & very helpful. The room was clean & nice. It was just older but an upgrade in TVs would make the room perfect.

What I didn’t like was that I went there specifically for the fireplace and the fireplace was not working at all I had a get together that I wanted the fireplace to be working so we can gather but there was no one around to fix it we got finally somebody the next day which it didn’t matter anymore to get it fixed that is terrible because if that is considered an amenity or even though I got the room for the fireplace and it didn’t work for what I wanted it and when I wanted it so I will not give it a high rating

Did not like paid parking. Was not advised until check in. Facility was across street from another Marriott property with no parking charge. I will not be a Marriott patron in the future.

I specifically chose a room with a fireplace and paid the upcharge for that level of a room (about $80 difference). However, on arrival, was given a room with an inoperative fireplace. No compensation was made. The thermostat was more complicated than expected, and when the front desk was called, although sympathetic in her response, the answer amounted to her not being able to do anything about it. After manipulating the control panel further, was able to final adjust the heat.

I am very dissatisfied because my husband make the reservation and this hotel because the room have fireplace and the fireplace no working. Abd the bathroom is no clean have hair and is duty i don't know understand why no use bleach. In this covid-19 virus they need to have very clean. Iam really no happy whit the room

The laundry facilities were broken and the back up laundry facilities were broken too ! Also, I reserved a two bedroom suites 4 months ahead of time but they oversold the 2 bedroom suites. Since I was the last one to check in, I was the one who had to change my reservation to two separate rooms even though I booked way before the other guests. VERY disappointing.....
