We assumed that the name stood for quality, but we were sadly mistaken. Pubic and other types of body hair in the shower. No hot water, but plenty of warm water!!! Closets doesn’t allow you to hang your clothes without them dragging on the floor. We could’ve went to a cheaper hotel for this. Waste of money (my opinion).They also precharged my card stating “to make sure I check-in”. Didn’t I make the reservation. Also gave this excuse as to why they also precharged their insurance without consent.

Every thing was fine. Clean room, easy check in. I wish somewhere they told you the bar/restaurant was not open on Sunday and Monday as i chose this hotel so i wouldnt have to go back out for dinner.

Check in was easy and front desk staff was nice however, the toilet had to be plunged 4 times. The next morning I realized there was no iron in the room, staff was notified and we were told there were no irons available, this was very upsetting. I don’t see booking this hotel in the future.

Ok Place if the pricing is right
Stayed here twice both times this hotel was selected for me by an app. Funny how both times i had same result showed up hotel looked empty and staff was picking up things around the lobby so i had to wait to check in, room was 97% clean bathroom had someone's hair on first trip, stain on bed sheet second time ( sheet was clean but stain was still there and visible ) . This place is a bit off the beaten path just know beforehand.

Convenient location off 295 with very clean rooms.
We were on our way south to Miami so this hotel provided a great location right off 295. The room was very clean with normal room accommodations. The surrounding area looked mainly residential and seemed safe. Ample parking at the hotel. The only complaint I would have was that the shower was low pressure and not very hot, but it was wet and proved adequate to wash away a day long car trip. We would stay here again with no hesitation.
