Expected a bunkbed, found the future instead
I typed my code into the futuristic keypad and heard the bolt unlocked.
I stepped inside the room prepared to sleep in a bunkbed, like most other hostels.
Then I saw them. These glass pods. Like one of those "Zoom booths" you see nowadays. Except bigger. And with a perfectly made bed inside.
After a long day walking miles exploring the city in the rain, what a sight for sore eyes.
I walked in. Shut the door. And called my wife.
It's amazing! I shouted! And I could shout, because of the sound proofing.
Thank you Chapter. What a spot.

I would absolutely recommend this spot to any of my friends or family. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and relatively quiet, considering the nature of hostels. Friendly and helpful staff, easy check in and checkout (you practically just leave!), and it has some lovely views from the fourth floor lounge. Thanks for having us!

Great for a quick visit
This was the best one night stay in the city if you need a budget room. Unlike other hostels, this one has blackout curtains for each bed, making it feel pretty private. The layout of the hostel is also conducive to being quiet. It is located conveniently in the Nob Hill area with plenty of nearby buses. Overall, I highly recommend, especially for a hostel.
The only two cons: there is no sort of breakfast (the area doesn't have too many early morning restaurants or groceries open to grab food) and it is a little impersonal (in the event you are looking to meet other travelers).
