The hotel is a very short 9 minute walk from the U-Bahn and via the U-Bahn a pleasant 22 minute journey to the Nuremberg Messe. Several restaurants are within easy walking distance. The hotel is in a courtyard off of the street, but there is a lit up sign directing people in towards the courtyard and the entrance.
The room was clean, spacious, but the Internet connection and speeds were not up to par for a hotel that has business travelers. Getting an ironing board for work shirts that had been in a suitcase was a challenge and I they couldn't provide me with the iron and ironing board until the morning that my meetings started.
Lastly and most important, the walls of the rooms need to be substantially upgraded with sound proofing. You can hear the faintest beeping of a mobile phone alarm clock in the next room, when a guest is watching TV at a normal volume, or when they are having a conversation.
In the end, the lack of sound proofing between rooms is the reason I won't stay at this hotel again. It did interrupt my sleep, which negatively impacted my alertness on my business trip.
