Kimpton Lorien Hotel and Spa

From the moment i checked in to the afternoon I left, this hotel was wonderful. Gracious service, modern room, superb restaurant connected -- and a welcome meal of mussels, green salad and a delicious white burgundy. It all came together here, including texts from the manager ensuring everything was going well for me. Highly recommend this property. Close to the airport, to restaurants, to retail. Wonderful value.

Great place, quite clean just some stains on carpet, amazing bathroom. Only complaint was the bed was stiff and uncomfortable

The hotel was great. Front desk was good! Explained everything to us. Recommended restaurants in spite of their location being booked for Valentine’s Day.

I booked this hotel for my birthday the hotel lobby hallways and elevators smelled horrible. Did not know it was dog friendly and I think that contributed to the smell. Restaurant hours were very limited. Room was nice but small. Enjoyed but I don’t think I’ll be staying again

Upscale boutique hotel with a chill vibe and easy going energy. Loved this little gem and the hospitality was superb.

We were welcomed by the friendly hotel staff. Both the hotel and the room was beautiful and clean. The location around the hotel is beautiful and full of stores and absolutely wonderful places to eat. We were in walking distance of all the places we ate. I encourage you to take a walk. The area is nice. The food in the area restaurants is delicious. We absolutely plan to stay here again.

The staff went above and beyond with check-in and giving tips on where to eat and visit. They were patient, helpful and remembered each guest that came through the lobby. They made the entire stay a special time.

Hotel charge maximum rate but most amenities were not available due to Covid. However, advertisement stated service were available that not. Also reservation were not refundable. Low ceiling height for SUV. No room service including drop off outside door. Shower was 100% too hot or 100% too cold. Nothing in middle.

I reserved a Deluxe Room with King Bed and arrived for check in around 7:30pm. Upon exiting the elevator to the room, the room next to ours and across the hall were partying, playing loud music, yelling, singing, slamming doors. I entered the room to find it was a room with 2 queen beds. As the front desk did not notify me at check in that I was not going to have a King size bed, I thought this was in error and re-visited the front desk. There, I was told that the hotel was completely sold out (despite rooms still showing as available on both the hotel website and Hotels.com.) The walls here are paper thin. We could hear the neighbors conversations, music and their extra curriculars.
