Big problems with hotels.com! When things go right, it is an ok service. When things don’t go right, it’s an absolute nightmare!! Not only is the one key “rewards” program an absolute joke, it’s near impossible to deal with hotels.com/expedia when problems arise with a reservation. After being on the road all day, I tried to make a reservation for two rooms. Attempted to check in, hotel clerk showed only one reservation. Spent over an hour on the phone trying to get situation resolved, resulting in getting even less sleep. Due to hotel clerk’s diligence, we finally got situated (approx 2hrs after arrival!
