Kayumanis Nusa Dua Private Villa & Spa

For our last few Days of our vacation we decided to treat ourselves to a 5* hotel with the great private beaches of nusa dua and to put a cherry on top a private pool. Let's start with the great stuff. Service 5*, room service 5*, comfort 5*. All went downhill from there. Restaurant were not usable due to wedding and construction. Rooms are badly lit and switches which didn't have any functions. There were some bugs including roaches in the living room. The private pool (we were so excited about) was so cold to the point we couldn't enjoy it at night or Early morning, due to all the shade from the trees. Beach access is an 10min walk thru an alleyway, which is between novotel and the westin. It is not great to look at either. tHis part of Beach is the worst of all of Bali. It is about 20m long full of seaweed, trash in the water and Land. The same trash for 3+ days. Any other part of the beach from geger/st. Regis to club med was well taken care off. This might be a Great stay for the honeymoon couple, who enjoys their privacy. For beachlovers this was pure disappointment.

I loved the privacy of our villa but we also loved the option of going out to mingle with other guests. Room service was amazing, the food was amazing and the people were so accommodating. The beaches are clean and the water is clear.

Like: 1. Huge villa with large pool 2. Free shuttle to places within Jimbaran and Nusa Dua areas. Free airport return transfer. 3. Decent selection of alarcarte breakfast. You can order all from the menu. Decent afternoon tea (free). 4. TV comes with HD channels. 5. Great hospitality. All our requests were met. 6. 7 minutes walk to Nusa Dua Beach. There is small beach club from the hotel to set up lounge chair for you. 7. There is a few 5 stars hotel along the beach. It’s convenient to dine there. What can be improved: 1. There is only one hand washbasin. His and her basin prefers. 2. Less amenities with only toothbrush and shower cap.

Lots of great perks Like butler service and private pool

Girlfriend and I stayed 7 nights during November. We stayed in Villa Waru and has our own private pool, bedroom, outdoor bathroom and separate lounge dinner. The villas as perfect and it’s the small touches and staff that turn this resort into a something special. Would go back in a heartbeat. Nusa Dua is also the perfect setting. Own down side is being on the wrong side of the island to see the Bali sun set.

Top notch service, wonderful in every way, staff will go all out to pamper you.

Absolutely beautiful villa. Very private. Hardly saw another person. Staff were so accommodating to our every need. Can’t rate the service highly enough. Quite a secluded location, away from the more “family friendly” side of Nusa Dua but still only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Food is also worth a mention! Delicious!!

Amazing experience. The villa itself and the staff made us feel very special. Like staying in heaven.
