Was really a great stay. Everyone was so friendly. I have low profile tires an had a flat an couldnt fine my tool for remiving my lugs off an the young maintance guy went get some sockets an found one he also gave it to me in case i would need it ...very nice experience.
Everything was great. Staff was great. Only thing I had that wasn’t so good was our fridge in our room didn’t work. Other than that, no complaints
Needed a room while visiting family in area. Front desk staff, Courtney, was extremely helpful when I called before booking. She also helped us upon check in. Hotel room was exceptionally clean. To-go breakfast was nice since the breakfast area isn’t currently open. Have stayed here in past before COVID. Highly recommend!

This location is close to Slidell, Pearl River and Mississippi. The is a good location for a quick stay.
Please do not use this hotel: none of the staff were wearing masks. No smile, no eye contact while talking to you. The front desk constantly smoking right in front of of the entrance. We reserved none smoking room, but it was so much smoke odor when we got out from the elevator. Then the room was full of dust, bed sheets and towels are so thin. And hotel ran out the towels! We were told to suck it. They had no towels for today. Also we weren’t told there is no room cleaning service and we have to make reservations for it. was a nightmare. We don’t understand how a big name like Wyndham have a such poor place.
the front desk clerk was not wearing a face covering and there was no protective shield protecting customers from the clerks area. The front desk clerk laughed several times without covering her mouth or turning her head. Though there was a sign on the front door stating Face Masks were mandatory no hotel staff was encoring this requirement and most customers were without masks.
The walls are real thin we could hear people on boths sides Had to be asked to move at 9:30 at night. Bed was great . In new room. Room was cleaned but you could smell cigarettes also in hallway. Breakfast bag was ok .
This was the best thing about our trip. Everything was clean and functioning. The staff went above and beyond to help us. We booked two rooms and when we arrived we asked for two close to each other and they even upgraded at no extra cost so we could.
There was no insulation between rooms and you had to listen to the conversations in the rooms on both sides as well as the people smoking and talking outside. The a/c unit did not work properly, and the button on the phone to dial the front desk went to room messages, so we had to go downstairs each time to ask for something. Only one hotel staff person wore a mask. Very disappointed and won’t stay here again.
