Catalina Resort

We really enjoyed our stay at Catalina and have stayed there before. Highly recommend this place for views, location and quality. We will be back.

We took a short break with four kids in their late teens - was great for everyone. Fantastic views, great location, friendly and helpful staff, and very good facilities. We took advantage of the pool and the bbq area, and the cafes in the vicinity. There was a problem with the unit before our arrival, and the staff handled the situation very well - we felt looked after. I would recommend..

Great location close to beaches and shops. Far enough away from main roads so no traffic noise at night.

While we booked one of the basic rooms at the hotel the setup and furnature in the room looked like it was from back in the 90's. The room did not look anything like the photos. The rest of the resort on a was lovely, amazingly close to the beach. Easy parking and close to lots of shops.

One of our favourite places to visit. Always a pleasure to stay here with so many wonderful experiences at out fingertips.

Staff were friendly and helpful at check in. The room was clean and tidy although the bathrooms and toilets could do with a deep clean. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, although some dirty bowls had been put back in to the cupboard. The pool area was clean but the heated pool was closed for cleaning on our last day so we had to use the pool on the other side of the complex which is not heated (although the hot tub is heated so that was great). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

Great views and location, well appointed and comfortable.

When we arrived, from the outside the place is lovely, we checked in, service was as expected, very good, staff was friendly and we're thinking this is going to be a great place to stay. For$165 per night we got a one bedroom apartment, which is all we need, on the 1st floor, out of 14floors, couldn't believe it, a view of the below roof. Then to be more disappointed, by the maintenance of the unit, very poor and not the cleanest. Location was good, walking distance to everything. We went there for a relaxing weekend, as had a stressful few months.

nice and spacious , the view over the ocean cooking from the kitchen was a sight to see ,hopefully next time i could get a room higher than level 6 which we stayed in
