It was a great stay. Everyone were nice and friendly. The room was clean and cozy. One of the best pool I’ve seen. Very fast responsen if you needed something.

Lovely Hotel , Badly organised for the Typhoon
On Arrival I was impressed with the Hotel , Receptionist on Check in was polite and courteous and talked throw the Hotel services and told us about the VIP Lounge which was complementary as I booked a suite , when shown to the suite I was impressed with the room but was disappointed with the location as it was a pool access , it was straight in front of the pool bar and in full view of the restaurant, i rang the front desk for a room change but they said they were full , no alternative was offered , A Typhoon Hit on Christmas Morning no information no Guidance was given very disappointed as the whole Hotel basically shut down , no restaurant open even for Christmas Day lunch , dinner , room service only , all internet , TV Cable , Cell phone Providers down , ATM , Basically nothing could be done BUT , they have 4 other Hotels on the island which were all serving food , they could have invited there guests there , we did try but we were turned away because we did not have cash , We explained that the ATM was not working please charge our room at our Hotel but it was not possible , very very bad planning on the Hotel side especially when nothing was advised , the pool was also not in use for two days for cleaning so basically Christmas was pretty disappointing, I went there to relax and enjoy Christmas it was the total opposite , Because the Hotel has no plan on how to deal with the typhoon , but they had the resources and structure they need to plan for these scenarios.

Staff were very friendly, hotel was amazing. They even considered giving us a free shuttle going to our next hotel because hennan was fully booked due to typhoon. Will definitely come back!
