Days Inn by Wyndham Levis

Unsere Anfahrt gestalltete sich sehr schwierig, da unser Navi die Adresse nicht finden konnte. Wir haben dann das Hotel telefonisch kontaktiert, aber leider war die Verständigung aufgrund des schlechten, akzentreichen Englisch der Dame an der Rezeption kompliziert. Ansonsten ist das Hotel verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist OK, der Frühstücksbereich etwas klein und die Auswahl könnte besser sein.

Alles o.k. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis fair. Ansonsten durchschnittliches Durchgangshotel. Mall zum Essen und Einkaufen in der Nähe. Busstation ebenalls in der Nähe.

Hotel was good but there was noises all night First one of the rooms next to me had an alarm ringing for hours at 2 am Second there was trucks backing up non stop in the street so the beep beep on stop Third , lights went on in the room at 6 am , no idea how ? And last no USB special plugs to charge the phone and I pad No will not come back anymore

I had to cancel because of potential covid exposure and they wouldn’t allow me to cancel without them keeping the cost of the room for a night. I even called early that morning to let them know.

Accès de l'autoroute proche et facile. Chambre vaste et confortable. Accueil professionnel, aimable et rapide.

Passing through Quebec and had to stay a night. Great location, right on the highway with tons of amenities nearby. Gas station, Tim hortons, lot of food places just across the street from hotel. Clean room, great customer service. What else could ya ask for. Would definitely stay aagain if need to.

Visit one: I would have been happier if our key worked in the door when we arrived and we didn't have to go back down stairs and get someone to help...nice pool, though. Grab and go breakfast was like prison food. Visit two (some weeks later) 1. Given a room that was not cleaned 2. New room has door lock issues...unless you grab it when in hall or all but shove/kick it when in room, it does not lock. 3. No service over 3 days ... had to ask for a garbage bag so the take out did not smell...had to go to desk with garbage and wait for a maintenance man to bring us a bag. No more coffee given for room, no one checked if we needed toilet paper, etc. Yet the tip envelope was front and center 4. Desk chair back comes loose if you bend back or try to move it. 5. Ice machine broken ... for all 3 days. The girl on the front desk is WONDERFUL.....past that can I make a recommendation? If you know we speak English as a first language and you are fluent in English ... well the masks muffle it all so it is like playing charades.

Great location we stayed Twice during our trip, on the way up the st Lawrence and on the way back. Comfortable micro wave, a block from IGA so we picked up our dinner and ate in the room.

Was clean and right off the highway. Only 15 min away from Quebec City.
