Bullet points:
Food: stayed at the same hotel 9 years ago. The food was great. Now its all the opposite. Horrible. Both breakfast and dinner.
Beverages: even though the distance between tables (Covid 19) is abandoned in Andorra - the hotel has still occupied the bar area/lounge with dining tables. That means that there is not an area to enjoy a drink before dinner or to relax after skiing. Not 100% correct as there is a "lounge" area in another place - without service. One wonder what its for!!
WiFi: did not work on 5th and 6th floor. However the last two days I managed to get a cable to use LAN. The IT guy was very helpful.
Noise: seems like Pas de la Casa has turned into being paradise for youngsters from France and UK. Although on the 6th floor the noise was unbearable and continued till 4 AM.
Service: mainly very helpful South-Americans - but leadership was for sure missing. When you ordered something from the grill (one kind of fish/one kind of meat) - it showed up when you had dessert.
Cleanness: very good
General knowledge about skiing renting, areas, etc: Very pure.
Attention to clients: we had an issue about cancelling a few days where Hotels.com was extremely cooperative but the hotel was the opposite - have to say though that when talking to management finally action was taken.
Overall - if you want to have a nice week in Andorra chose another hotel - at least till the get things right,
