I have changed 3 rooms:
The first one was full of lady hairs in the bathroom
The second had interruptions in power. It has been denied by reception, I called her during no power in room and she new immediately what to do to repair it. It took 20 minutes then the power was again off and called Reception again. The answer was I had to go to Reception and take the key of another room and relocate at 23:00 in the night.
Ibtold them they should come bring me the keys and help me in the dark with relocating my staff.
The new room was smelling cigarette smoke, but I was too tired.
I have not received any discount or any small present as a regret of what was happening.
