Fairfield Inn & Suites Hershey Chocolate Avenue

Hotel was Immaculate. They provided take away breakfast to abide by covid shutdown.

The Hershey Fairfield Inn has a modern and inviting labby and Breakfast area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Cafe staff were extremely accommodating as well. The rooms were very nicely decorated and outfitted with every amenity you will need.

Great place to stay! The staff is wonderful and our whole family enjoyed the stay!

Overall nice stay. Queen beds were small, more like double beds. They also were old and not very comfortable. Other than that, the hotel and staff were great. Very clean.

The hotel was very well maintained. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were by the elevator and thought it would be noisy all night but, surprisingly it was not. The only complaint that I had was there were people in the dining area both Friday and Saturday night hanging out. No one had masks on. It was not like 2 or 3 people it was like 15-20 adults and child.

I really wanted to like this hotel. I had thoroughly considered most of the hotels in the Hershey area, as I was travelling with two kids under 3yrs. Cleanliness and safety was my primary concern with COVID. The hotel rooms are big...perfect for travelling with kids. Check in was swift and easy, again, great when you’ve got impatient kids. The down sides....whilst the lobby area looked clean and the to go breakfast wasn’t bad, all things considered, the cleanliness of the room was very questionable. The carpet had many cigarette burn holes in it. The beds didn’t look well made, so i checked the sheets and they seemed clean. The room just felt worn and sticky. The bathroom didn’t feel clean enough. No signs in the bedroom that the toilet or surfaces had been sanitized, as other hotels in the area are doing. Only a small pack of very thin hand wipes in bathroom. The elevators all have self cleaning buttons, but they look so sticky and gross from everyone touching them and not being cleaned because they are self cleaning. The hotel was very full due to a soccer tournament....too full given suggested capacity restrictions in my opinion. Lobby crowded at times. Didn’t feel safe from a crowd and cleanliness standpoint, and overall wouldn’t go back.

Nice place rooms were spotless lots of Covid precautions felt very safe and clean breakfast was very good -grab and go included a hot bagel egg sausage sandwich which was yummy plus yogurt, fruit, muffin, fresh coffee. Well done.

The hotel is nice, but when I rented the room, I said that there was cleaning in the room every day, and nobody cleaned during my stay, THE BREAKFAST! The lady who was taking care of bad things, breakfast is over, they give you a sheet in which they tell you that they are going to have breakfast and when we went looking for it there was almost nothing of what they announced, in that part it was disappointing, the location is good.

The property is fenced in so you feel safe that your vehicles gonna be OK overnight and you can get your vehicle when you want to as it is not an off site parking.
