Pleasant, nice surroundings. Clean room, breakfast OK but not memorable.

On arrival the hotel looks lovely, low rise, and well kept, once inside it was really quirky around reception area and thought 'yes, we have made a good choice for our 3 day stay '! Unfortunately this is where it goes quite wrong! Rooms were tiny and dated, bed was the smallest I've ever experienced, no phone or tea/ coffee facilities, bathroom was Just a small wet room! Not even a headboard on bed!! Staff were rude and unfriendly, not even telling us any information about anything! Had to keep asking reception, and the young woman with fair hair tied back and glasses was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful!! Breakfast was cheese ham and bread rolls plus fruit and cereal, had to ask for coffee, none offered, and grudgingly received a pot eventually!! Upon checkout decided not to even go for breakfast, and queried my bill with items I didn't understand but were told were jugs of tap water at 12dkk per jug!! Absolutely ridiculous!! Have never experienced this in my life!! No please, thank you, did u have a nice stay? Same ignorant person!! Such a shame as all the other Resteraunt, people were so lovely in the small town of Haslev., which is such a lovely little place, even though everything shuts down at 10 pm!! Soooo dissapointed!! Management plz take note!!!

Room was quite small, its in a country side so whoever likes those type of places suits them. breakfast , there was nothing at all compared to other places where we stayed. Over all okay

Very clean little hotel in a very small town. Good traditional Danish breakfast. Attractive grounds.

We enjoyed several games of pool on the hotel table. Breakfast was excellent. No tea and coffee-making facilities in the room but a pot of coffee was available for 50 D kronor.
