Check-in takes gruelling 15-20 minutes every time. I expect faster check-in as in other hotels especially on nights when I am already tired. I am not sure why I am being provided sub-standard rooms when my colleagues get better rooms for same price. Just to be sure, I have confirmed that they did not get any sort of upgrade or such. I think that when they run out of rooms in hotel they allocate rooms in apartments which are not up to standard considering the price paid. I have stayed a total of 4 nights so far here and its not good. I have moved on to other hotels in recent stay.

I stayed here during my business trip and was very impressed with the quality of room, breakfast spread and overall ambiance. The rooms are specious, very clean and with all amenities. The breakfast spread was excellent and very delicious. The location is also very nice. Overall very happy with the property and will look forward to stay here again.

Considering I was in Gurugaon for business, I needed everything ready and in order to accommodate me as I rush around for meetings. First day I apologized for being in a rush, and they just didn't care and nobody seemed like they knew what they were doing. Card machines weren't working to pay, hotel key card didn't work twice. I felt really uncomfortable, especially when someone asked me if my husband will be joining me. As a 26 year old girl, I felt very uncomfortable, so I had my friend keep me company as I packed my bags to leave, and we even had to pay extra to have a guest enter the room for half an hour. It was a strange experience and all around I felt a hostility there I'm very unhappy with.
