We recently stayed on recommendation for two nights B&B, with Dinner extra. Menu is the same each day, once was enough for us. Obviously, a bit of an upmarket hotel in its day, but even so £3.00 for a small tin of Scheppes tonic to go with your Gin is taking the Mickey in my opinion. I don't know but I guess that booking through a third party you are allocated a 'lower' type of room. The hotel was certainly not full and our double for two nights was very small and not particularly comfortable. A special word of thanks to the very attentive young ladies who served us dinner...a credit to the hotel. Ultimately, would we stay there again ? No thankyou.
