Great location and great service and friendly staff

We stayed for 11 nights and enjoyed everything about Ramanda, roof top bar was spectacular with the views of Darwin we spent NY Eve up there.

I love an apartment where I can chose to self cater or not - this had everything. It also had a great pool, convenient car park etc. the roof top bar was awesome. The only downside was that it appears to have been built expecting the city to come to it - not yet!

Staff were amazing and the location of the place was central. Loved the big pool and roof top bar. It was priced well and would definitely come back again.

We loved the hotel, clean on arrival, spacious and Lily in the breakfast restaurant deserves a pay rise and promotion! Awesome at her job. There is a major problem with communication. I had 3 emails and 2 phone calls before arriving, 2 emails were asking me to confirm we were staying, as was one of the phone calls, I was convinced they had oversold the rooms and we would arrive early evening in the heat with an elderly relation to no room - they had full payment, so still not sure why they emailed and called to confirm my booking. One of the 1st emails I had I replied saying I had organised a food delivery, as they advertise on their web site you can do and they will put it away for you. Before placing the order I called the hotel to confirm delivery times as they were slightly different to what was suggested on the web site. All good, a few hours before we arrived on the Ghan, with limited phone coverage I get another phone call asking if I'd made a shop, what time I'd arrive and if I wanted my cold things put in the fridge! The phone kept cutting out and I had to call back. Dealing with the staff is very stressful, nothing seems to run smoothly. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, and cleaning is not good. Our hand towels weren't replaced, toilet or sinks weren't cleaned and the beds were only pulled up, not made. Mantra Pandanas around the corner also only clean every 3 days, but they do change bed linen. No disinfectant to clean ourselves
