Upon check-in they could locate my reservation. One of my room did not have sheets on the bed ! Room smells musty ! Very little amenities in the room . No safe in the room to secure my personal belongings. No front desk service after 6pm ...ONLY security guards on duty to help out with what they can . No restaurant service. Could not sleep the first night because the ICE MCHINE out side making this annoying ringing sound all night and I couldn’t call front desk because they were closed . The only good experience was the staffing- everyone was super friendly
Customer service was not on par. However on check out the agent was very pleasant and offered her apologies.
Large Walk-in shower, microwave and kettle for coffee or tea. Very comfortable bed and free breakfast with a friendly staff. Gate and entrance security. Enjoyed my short stay.
Poor service, offered transportation to and from the airport and then when we arrived they said it was not included.
The staff was very helpful except for Ms Williams at the front desk. I was disappointed with Ms Turner the manager in how she handle my complains regarding the amenities. The restaurant gym business center pool and bar are all closed. I was very disappointed because I choose this hotel because it offered the amenities I needed during quarantine and everything was closed.
I had a very bad stay in this hotel "Hotel Four Seasons" is only good in name. although we are in the sanitary season because of covid-19, there is no service in this place. No refreshment, no snack and even worse for dinner. the only proposal that we've done to me is to go walking and get me to eat in a "food truck" or Service Station. No paper in the toilet, (thank you to the security officer) who went to get me because at 7PM the reception was already closed. No working fridge in the room, and an air conditioner as quiet as a Boeing 747. From the airport to the hotel a very nice taxi which cost me $ 40 US one way and $ 40 US to return. Because although it is registered on the site "Schuttle" gone like return I did not see the shadow of one. Hotel Four Seasons: first and last time .....
I didn’t stay because I could not fly to Jamaica. The hotel never answered our phone calls or messages to reschedule our booking.
I enjoyed the tranquillity, I felt safe. The staff were friendly. However did not appreciate the fact that I never received any receipt for the room services that was given and the prices did not correlate to those of the menu.
