Best Western River Cities

While it was a really nice room and the people were really friendly there were spots in the room that had noticably not been cleaned and in these wild times you would think that would be a big higher on the priority list.

Excellent staff and clean rooms. I left my wedding ring and a few other items in my room and they held it for me untill i realized hours later

Spacious room on ground floor. Bed was great, pillows not so much- too few and firm. Though there was a jacuzzi in the room, and a bathtub/shower in the bathroom, I could have done without it and would have preferred an upholstered chair to relax in, not the sole desk chair. Huge tv. Quiet enough with earplugs. Bath floor very wet on entering. Figures out it was a leaky/sweaty cold water supply knob to the toilet. Maintenance. Otherwise okay for a night.

Pleasant surprise. Tucked away in an area of mostly box store retail and industrial, it was an older hotel that has seen better days BUT our room was very clean and the place was quiet. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. The Wi-fi was a lot more reliable than some places I have stayed that cost much more. Good value

We come up there for a night every so often and we stay here every time. The rates are reasonable and the hotel is clean. The beds are comfortable. Might want to bring an extra pillow but that’s just me. Good wing place next door. Kroger is just a minute away so everything you need is right there. Continental breakfast is pretty good in the mornings. Variety of cable channels. Air conditioning is probably the only complaint I have. Not very cold during the summer months in the rooms. Other than that, everything is always great.

Very clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful, take dogs for reasonable price, well lit parking lot but best of all, in this time of Covid when other hotels just give you fruit and muffins for breakfast, they stepped up their game and make awesome hot breakfast sandwiches individually wrapped plus fruit and muffins. I think this could be the way to go in the future as well, more sanitary and less waste. NICELY DONE!

Place was clean. The bed was comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful with every question

all the girls that worked the front desk were great, the housekeeping was great. My wife says and i agree, that this is possibly the cleanest overall hotel we have stayed in , period, they were adamant about keeping things wiped down and covid free

Check-in was quick and easy. There was a smell of cleaner in the air so they definitely have been disinfecting due to covid-19. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed 2 nights, and housekeeping done a great job freshening up the room on the second day. The bed and pillows were comfortable also. Will definitely stay again!

a very nice trip to ashland to visit our kids, grand kids and have fun in town at some of our favorite restaurants. we also have many friends in the area as my wife is from ashland , we now live in maysville ky
