The team at RWS Equarius Hotel was amazing! Special thanks to Tomoko and her colleagues for making our honeymoon staycation a wonderful and memorable one. We were very impressed and elevated with the level of service the team provided. We will most definitely be back again! Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay
Quiet and secluded - which was what we were looking for. Clean. Good service. A pity the hotel does not have its own gym facilities so we had to take a shuttle bus to hotel michael to use the gym. But the shuttle bus comes in 15 mins interval so it was fairly convenient. If I need to nit pick, it would be that it was not easy to locate the hotel. There weren’t clear signages to direct us to the hotel from RWS station.

The room is spacious and SG Clean assured. Facilities are good except that restaurants/lounge are closed during covid. Quality of room amnities are good too. Staffs are also polite and helpful. One minus point: Please improve the waiting time of check in. 1hr waiting time is too long and i think is because there is no good process of getting the rooms checked (if ready or not) efficiently.

The staff were friendly, room was spacious with a beautiful viewing looking over the sea and the other side of Singapore. Also, the room was clean and we love it. Indeed a pleasant stay at RWS!

Rude receptionist spoilt the experience
Receptionist was rude and unhappy and did not accord us as customers the normal respect we deserve. We do not pay so much to be treated so rudely. Apart from her, the rest of the stay was wonderful.

Room was not properly cleaned when we check-in. The sofa was filled with hair, gross. Next day make up room was not properly cleaned as well. To think that during covid, rooms will be cleaner but nope, not at all. Booked 3d2n stay and we were only given 2 parking coupon. It’s definitely not enough. Furthermore the restaurant is closed and in-room dining available. Driving out to get food would cost you $9/entry for fri-sun Hotel should be more clear on the parking restrictions and not indicate as free parking if it’s limited. Wouldn’t stay here if we knew about the limited “free” parking. Not kids friendly place

A much needed break in a splendid hotel. Room was luxurious, staffs were friendly and professional. Facilities were great. My partner and I had a wonderful staycation. We hope to be back soon.
