Take the bad with the good.
I arrived with my fiancée at 10pm at night after a family dinner 20 minutes away in Brentwood. When I told the night clerk that I had a reservation through Hotels.com he said that they didn't use any online booking systems and haven't used them since 2018. Even after I showed him my reservation confirmation email he said that he cannot honor it. Fortunately, they did have a room available and I got it for $125, which was cheaper than my reservation rate with hotels.com. The condition of our room was average to sub-par. There was a hastily applied paint job that left excess paint on floorboards, picture frames, etc. Some of the lights and appliances didn't work. There was a large table with a chair wedged behind it in between the bathroom and the wall. My towel was stained but otherwise clean.
I was unimpressed. My fiancée didn't seem to mind as we had sex like jackrabbits late into the night and again early the next morning. The one great thing about the room was the cool air conditioning which helped us to keep from overheating during and after the passionate lovemaking. 5/10 stars for the room.
I would suggest updating your contract/booking policy with the Antioch Executive Inn so that future customers don't run into a situation where their reservation isn't guaranteed and perhap a room won't be available. I will not stay there again.
